a few things to know about your stay

Check in/Check out

Your holiday home will be ready on the day of arrival starting at 3:00 pm. We will keep the room ready for you until 6:00 pm. If you plan to arrive later, please let us know by phone or email in a timely manner. 

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am to allow subsequent guests a punctual check-in. 

Late check out

We offer this option on request and depending on availability. We charge € 20 for each started hour after 11:00 am.

Our wellness area and the hotel’s own beach are also available for use free of charge on the day of departure.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit card or cash. 


Thank you for your understanding that we do not allow pets. 

Child rates

The cost of the overnight stay for your children, including breakfast, is based on a sliding scale according to age and requires a reservation from at least one adult in the same room. When reserving an independent room for your child, the room price will be charged less local tax. 


Unfortunately, every now and then something unforeseen can happen so you may need to postpone your holiday, cancel it early or may not even be able to take it. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in good time via your insurance agency or conveniently online at Europäische Reiseversicherung. 

Cancellation hotel

until 14 days before arrival free of charge
Up to 7 days before arrival 70% of the total amount
From 6 days before arrival 90% of the total amount
From 2 days before arrival 100% of the total amount

Cancellation Seminar

Cancellation is free of charge until 5 weeks before arrival. After this date we charge 70% of the calculated total price incl. VAT in case of no-show or late cancellation. Partial cancellations and early departures of participants are also subject to the cancellation conditions.


In case of presentation of a medical certificate for a quarantine of the Corona disease, the cancellation remains in principle free of charge for the person concerned. Likewise, in the case of official closures due to Corona, the cancellation by the guest as well as by the hotel is also free of charge.
